Many thinks waiting is a waste of time but it worth cherishing because of the pains embedded in it. There's a usual saying that 'no gain without pain'. 
Joseph saw his future but suffered thirteen years before he can receive it.
Romans 8:18 The sufferings we have now are nothing compared to the great glory that will be shown to us.
