MODALITY OF OBEDIENCE

I humbly welcome you to the second edition of MODALITY

This second edition shall be focusing OBEDIENCE

OBEDIENCE is an ACT, being dutiful or submissive in behavior with respect to another person.

This can be termed RESPECT or FLEXIBILITY.

OBEDIENCE goes beyond just saying YES SIR to someone who gives an instruction but doing EXACTLY as directed/instructed is the expectation of the instructor.

1 Samuel 15:22
And Samuel said, Hath the LORD as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in OBEYING the voice of the LORD? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams.

Abraham became righteous by OBEDIENCE

James 2:23
And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God.

From the scripture above it shows that you can't obey the person you don't believe. The first factor to overing is BELIEVING.

I wouldn't have known what Saul was thinking to have believed what made him keep back part of the things he should have destroyed.

If you decide in life to obey part of God's command in his leading concerning your life you will have traceable errors that can make your existence a mistake.

King Saul's existence became an error because the larger percentage of his reign was not heavenly backed up, at the same time it was earthly unstable, not blissful and it made him ended up being callous that he ordered the killing of God's Prophets.

OBEDIENCE does not require that you see where you are going, especially talking of God factor here. If you know your end you will not reverence The Beginning and the End, so He prefers you to walk in ANTICIPATION.

To walk with God

1. Find Him

Isaiah 55:6
Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near:

2. Know Him

Daniel 11:32
And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits.

3. Submit to Him

Note that before Him your idea is not needed. He knows all

Proverbs 3:5  Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.

Proverbs 3:7  Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from evil.

4. Acknowledge Him

Proverbs 3:6  In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

It is then you can OBEY.

What shows if OBEDIENCE is NECESSARY, POSSIBLE OR IMPOSSIBLE is the way you classify the proposition of the Instructor.

SHALOM!❣️
